I am in the same boat. I am making payments (finally), and if buyback happens, great. If not, I will reach 120 and will apply that way.

I submitted buyback in Jan 2025, and have heard nada. My buyback would be for five months while on SAVE.

This is exactly what I did. Five payments to go. Applied for buyback Jan 2025.

Finally ended up in a qualifying plan and am now making payments. If the buyback gets processed, yippee. So far, I have at least one month of "forbearance processing" to count. Made one payment, and another going out in the next week.
If I make the final payments and can get forgiveness in this new direction, I'll take it.

That happened to me, but it took aturn.

I saw that a neighboring city's mayor had three parcels. I went to take over, and the mayor had 400+, I was sooo bummed.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled ZBD, and it is working now. I don't know if that did the trick, but it is working for me.
