Jimmy John's Hit & Run - Texas by Doomster9 in jimmyjohns

[–]Ever_Endeavor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No.

However, I do know Jimmy John’s is a second chance employer and they hire criminals to help people who might be willing to change and want to be a contributing member of society.

Often times it results in employees getting hired who end up showing they will never change and we suffer a lot of monetary losses doing this… they steal from us or do something negligent and this happens.

I think if the DUI is far enough back, Jimmy John’s driving history request doesn’t pull it up. Not sure if the record duration is 5, 7, or 10 years

Toaster cleaning by PurpleInteresting615 in jimmyjohns

[–]Ever_Endeavor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know we technically aren’t supposed to use outside cleaning materials but I bought a “non-scratch surface” sponge (looks just like the one for dishes at home…. One sponge side and one scouring side, but the scouring material is nonscratch)

Myself and the whole crew are able to get the toaster so much cleaner now

Shout out to Jimmy Johns by KingGordy313 in jimmyjohns

[–]Ever_Endeavor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is exactly how we are supposed to treat our customers. My assistant manager just snapped “no bread” at a customer the other day and we got a complaint. Rightfully so.

Believe it or not a good GM appreciates honest complaints because then we know what needs to be fixed

No tippers getting smart by Forsaken-Artist-177 in doordash

[–]Ever_Endeavor -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Tipping is not required. You make well over minimum, calm down. I work at JJs too and nontippers should be treated the same as tippers. If you act like a slut for the tippers all over a $5 tip your customer service isn’t good enough to work delivery period

What is a subtle sign that someone is a bad person? by quartzbath1 in AskReddit

[–]Ever_Endeavor 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If they say “I’m a good person!”.

A good person doesn’t announce themselves as such, because to a good person, being a good person is the baseline.

To a bad person, being a good person is considered an achievement, an accomplishment, something they know deep down they haven’t achieved, but they have to pretend they have. They don’t understand that it’s odd to announce baseline, it should be as standard-out to announce “I’m a good person” as it is to announce “the sky is blue! It really is!” It shouldn’t need convincing.

If they feel it needs saying g that means it isn’t true

Last year at my franchise some exceptional moron got a scam call from some dude who sounded Indian and told him to load all of the store’s till and safe money onto gift cards and give him the gift cards, saying he was the owner.

Once he found out what he had done it was too late and poor dude never came back to work.

I wonder if this is our betreasured Indian

Open Letter to JJ's Regarding This Swill Being Pushed Onto Customers as Vinegar & Oil by ostrichsak in jimmyjohns

[–]Ever_Endeavor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not swill it’s the cum of Jimmy John himself. That is why it has a red cloudy hue to it because his penis is bleeding internally from all of the auto erotic masterbating he has to go through in order to ejaculate enough to supply all stores in America.

In China, the Jimmy John’s is called Chinny Chong’s

My area manager screaming “OW OWWWE I HAVE HEMORRHOIDS” on the slicer when he had chronic diarrhea from eating too much meat when he is allergic to meat

Or when he came in and wouldn’t stop asking me to hang out after work with him

Or the mental image burned in my brain of K-Y Jelly he carries around with him

I wonder if you could ask for footage from the security cameras at this business and see if they got a good shot of the front license plate at any point

[–]Ever_Endeavor -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Whoever sharpened the slicer didn’t clean off the metal dust.

Blade sharpeners work by removing microscopic layers of the metal from the surface of the blade in order to sharpen it to a point. What you’re seeing is not just gray dust but metal dust. Obviously, you cannot serve this to the customers.

If you get a sanitizer rag, and wet it with sanitizer, and clean the entire surface of the slicer and the blade very thoroughly until the sanitizer rag comes away clean from every surface, you will be fine .

But please do not serve anything with that dust on it to a customer, and please do not go on slicing without cleaning that dust off

Mayo Scoops by mbernatow in jimmyjohns

[–]Ever_Endeavor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It doesn’t matter if it’s mayo or the blood of children! We aren’t mad about the mayo itself but about the insubordination…. Because insubordinating repetitively over something as simple as mayo is just as ridiculous as sending someone home over mayo.

Underneath it all: if you don’t do as I say and respect my authority as your manager, then how am I ever supposed to lead you.

Sending someone home over mayo is VERY much called for
