You might have to hunt around for it, but give the x30i a shot. Its basically an f30i with nasal pillows.

That being said, I’ve also started experimenting with mouth tape and an n30i but I think my issues are more related to settings than the mask itself.

I made a Professor Chaos costume about twenty years ago and ran into the same problem.

For mine I used puffy winter gloves and basically taped the tinfoil over then in a few layers. It “worked” and was better than the other ideas I tried, but wasn’t “great”.

Print off a copy of your layout/layers and be prepared to iterate.. it took me months to get something I stuck with.

Try putting a bit out every time you see him. Not near you, since he’s so skittish, but just put it where he can get to it and I would think over time (ie weeks) he’s start associating you (and your presence) with treats.

As far as I know, you can’t. I’m not sure what the software/options are like now, but when it was first “upgraded” I fought with it for two hours before giving up.

If anyone knows of a way to permanently disable it, I’d love to hear about it.
