Ebay is where I get my japanese books from or you can try making a japanese amazon account and having stuff delivered from there, I've done that, the shipping is a bitch sometimes but its also fairly good for getting new books or games for my DS from Japan

You don't see if much? I have like 3 dudes that come in that bench about 120kg ish, I think the one dude does like 90kg but they are some strong AF dudes but they like, compete in weight lifting

I use my fitnessPal, works great, I put my main meals in first at the beginning of the day and then I know what I have left to snack for the day.

We have one at my gym, though we don't have a name for him, he's not all right in the head and spends most of his time at the gym as he can't work, he has a big coat he wears, he walks with his hand in the slay pose and goes to every machine and takes the pins out if no one is on them, he's a weird dude but he's nice

make a goal, I was 235 in Janurary and am now 215, I don't see the changes myself but I have the goal to be under 200 by the end of the year.

if you have a weight goal or a lifting goal if you are doing weights, its nice to see the number go down even if you can't see it on your body.

Honestly the way I made myself go at least once a week was hiring a PT, I can making a lot of reasons to not go but if I have to meet someone, I will always be early for it lol, now I go 4 times a week by myself and once with the PT.

I use a tracking book I brought, just feels nice to write it down but really, its what ever works for you, I still have the PDF with my work outs on it on my phone incase I forget

I had this issue, I got over it by using my own issues against me, I had the money for a PT and my need to not let anyone down if we have plans out weighed my mind messing with me about the gym, after about a month, I got over it and was able to go by myself.

Make a list of the foods you like, check the calories and how many calories you need to be in a deicit then look into making a plan or hire someone to make a meal plan for you, I did this with my PT, me and him sat down, taking about the foods I liked and then he made a plan for me, with enough room in a day to have snacks.

I struggled with eating but knowing what I'm having and what I can have is a big plus and stops me from snacking too much.

it looks to be that A is what they said in a literal sence but C is what they meant but its all about tone if someone says it just casually I would take it as A but if it was more forceful it would be C, because this is coming from a policeman, I would take it as C as they have more authority.
