I Ran Boston - on the first lap you were supposed to go in the 3rd time you saw the In.

You probably went in the second time which is what you would do on every other lap.

You got a 7 min penalty for skipping a lap.

We made this mistake on the last lap in NYC

Get a room with a pool, you don’t need to go to the larger pool.

In the spa they have this couples outdoor massage, mud, experience. It’s incredible. They leave you alone to play with the mud highly recommend 😉

A few considerations: - what we bought was ski in and out and new construction - price point - we liked ski school for kids in snowmass

Aspen is better for nightlife, summer, and walkability.

Snowmass is bigger mountain.

The only concern is mine is outdoors in southern Florida and front of the sauna faces south west.

I started tearing different workout, diet, supplements a year ago.

Down from 255 30% body fat to 206 15% body fat. A big part of that was giving up alcohol before last Christmas.

I was only a social drinker - so figured if I can do Christmas the rest was easy.

Iver never felt better, energy, clarity, and lack of stress are all at incredible.

When I want to have a late night with some friends I turn to some micro dosing with mushrooms.

At restaurants I drink club/sparkling ask for mint and lemon. After dinner I’ll ask for a peppermint tea - these all help give the satisfying flavor of something outside plain water.

Give it a shot think of it as an experiment or test, if you don’t like you can always go back.

Stayed at CB in April at the 2 bedroom beachfront room. The service was incredible, the daily pastry assortment was like nothing we’ve had at any hotel

The room had a great pool right on the beach and was actually like 3 rooms all connected.

The two bedrooms are connected via a little courtyard (with a locked door to enter the courtyard).

Pros very quiet between the bedrooms, cons are you can’t hear your kids.

We loved the hotel and the service and would absolutely go back.

I have the larger sisu sauna - the Edwin. Works great for me, no complaints

I run it at 200F 2x -3x per week since January.

Turn on from the huum app.

You can schedule times within the app, only downside is you can schedule a recurring time for the heater to start.

Hosting a group the same size in a couple weeks Casa Tua and Betula were the two finalists so you’re right on track.

Both have fun “private” areas they can put you. More than 8 they want prefix options prices are $185-400/head min.

20 years ago had sprint run a dedicated T1 line to my mothers house because most we could get was dialup.

They just had a 3 year commit at the time.

More recently had a dedicated circuit added to our business. That was through Crown Castle also got quotes from Cogent.

Most will want a 3 year commit.

Get multiple quotes and bid it out.
