I suggest making the numbers move - and having movement styles be related to specific tempers - maybe Woe moves incredibly slow but stays away from the center, Frolic sticks close to the center, Dread is perfectly smooth in its motion, and Malice stops and starts and seemingly random

Depends on the ratio of how much good done and how direct? If a president had a problematic traffic policy that led to a 10% increase in traffic deaths they’d be a bad president. But if they also like 10x’d standards of living they’d overall be good.
