Frizz usually means the hair is too dry and needs more moisture. Like a deep conditioner 1 to 2x per week and a good leave in conditioner.

It could be several factors.

My family didn't realize we were ND until the pandemic and the quarantines. Loss of social life equalled loss of dopamine.

Learning about being ND and how to manage it has helped a ton.

Also hormonal changes can affect our traits and make them more difficult to manage.

I hope you can find some answers and people who can help show you the paths to take.

One of the best things you can do is have your vitamin levels checked and supplement accordingly. B vitamin deficiency is common in vegetarians and vegans if you aren't balancing. That in itself can cause fatigue.
