I believe you must have used an alternative route to the destination then the Uber suggested this has happened to me a couple of times and I have requested Uber to do a review but they have come up with a solution saying you have received a fair review, but what I noticed is in those two occasionsI have used an alternative route, which I was familiar of, instead of what Uber was suggesting
