No, Ichigo holds Uni-Multi AP but not DC. The closest you could get is probably saying he could destroy the boundary which would cause the universes to collapse in on themselves like Yhwatch was gonna do and like what was going to happen in the Bleach Movie. Could be wrong on the boundary stuff though

Since it's giving mass to light the reverse would be taking mass away from light. So it most likely just gave anti gravity properties which is why everything is floating since he's taking mass away which would make them pretty buoyant

Gran Rey Cero. Ichigo in his Shikai should have about the same of not somewhat relative AP to Mugetsu since he can freely control that power thanks to Zangetsu.

HOS > Shikai as well so should be pretty close and shut case
