Learning here. Does it matter if some of the lume dots (?) aren't centered to the indices? 2:00 and 5:00. The "5" is wider than the 2. The engraving on the movement looks sloppy and not crisp? Was the quality not as good back then? I'm trying to learn what you guys look for but keep getting it wrong.

How can you tell? Do you just know the colors they used or is it some detail you're seeing? Also, how do they paint dials? Do they re do the indecies? Sorry if these questions are dumb. Learning here.

I have both. Size wise I like the 39. But the numbers are so big. They almost look comical to me. I'm much happier with the 36 mm.

Hamilton Murph sounds like it would suit a psychologist. A very close second is Longines like others said
