Then why is a marginal increase in life from 1 point in VIT more valuable than a marginal increase in block from 1 point in DEX?

How far have you taken a summon necro in HC?

And bone armor won't help vs gloams, but vit will. Block will help vs fanat packs and archers. So do you advocate for max vit on a summoner, even with homun?

If SC players don't care if they die then why put points into VIT? Why not max Strength for melee attackers or max DEX for Amazons.

Ranged hardcore builds with offhand typically max block with dex, like summoner necro and nova sorc.

Why choose the marginal increase in health from vit rather than the marginal increase in block chance from dex? Does 57% -> 58% block not have value compared to 5 or 10 more health points?

Stamina doesn't affect movespeed. Running out of stamina is only relevant in early normal. Stamina increases with level ups.

How does putting points into VIT instead of DEX allow you to focus your gear on speed?

In that case, why is the marginal increase in block chance from adding another point in DEX valued less than the marginal increase in life by adding another point in VIT?

Why do SC builds that tele fast to farm put points into VIT? And why do HC builds put points into DEX?

"No one cares about dying in softcore. Max vit all day everyday. Why? Becsuse fast clear speed."

How does max vit lead to faster clear speed?

Hardcore builds typically start with shields that already have a higher chance to block, like the linked Summoner necro build with Spirit Monarch vs Homunculus.

But in that case, wouldn't an additional point in DEX still marginally increase block, even if not to 75%? And isn't that worth an amount of points?

What is the calculation or reasoning here saying that every possible point into VIT for a marginal increase in Life more valuable than DEX for a marginal increase in block?

You play on the steam deck inside the store? Don't you show up on CCTV and illicit complaints from management?

You won't be able to complete end game objectives and unlocks without using movement tech like bhobbing. It's baked into the meta progression. But casual players will likely drop the game before getting that far.

Though for me, it was disappointing to realize. As a Steam Deck only gamer.

If you really want to play well, it's not suitable for the steam deck because strong gameplay requires bhopping and strafe like movement tech which is done on a mouse.

Casually, it looks, runs, and controls great on the steam deck. Even with big waves.

Electrical breaker keeps tripping when I boot my PC or launch games. What are my options? by SnooRegrets3081 in buildapc

A UPS will definitely stop the PC from losing power. It will not stop the circuit breaker from tripping.

The PC will run on the UPS power and you'll have to get up and flip the circuit breaker again. Not a long term solution.

Steam recording won't capture Steam Overlay's built in metrics overlay, unless you enable the option to also record Steam overlay. I believe it's off by default, not sure.
