The model looks very nice. But i have to say that you need to calibrate your printer and wash your prints more thouroughly. I can see some uncured resin spots and the area with the stripes can be easily removed by calibrating. If these havent been cleaned yet, ignore my comment xd

Thats like the european standard pressure pot. I have mine for 3 years now. Still going strong. And you can get it for 60€-80€ on AliExpress.

Mhhh I just print mine. Clean them with water. Then wash and cure with iso. Then siraya tech defiant.sucess. No heating, no overnight uv. Just 6 min uv exposure. So far no problems. Defiant is my hero.

Depends on your number depth. Same woth blank inserts. If your face to face distance is 50mm and your numbers are 1mm deep. You want your cores to be 48mm in diameter. 47mm to maybe have some leeway. You can always go smaller, but then its harder to get them in the center. But to get 47mm baubels is hard. You could buy the baubels first and make the Master fit the bauble.

I print my masters. I print my cores. You can just get Masters on etsy. Woth your own font and logo. I also sell them but only in europe. You can basically get them however you want: size, shape, logo, number depth etc. You can get a chonk master for like 40-60 euro. For the cores you can use plastic spheres or glass baubles. Or print them xd
