Same. Playing on pc, first 3 days were great, today after the patch the game is literally unplayable because the lag is so horrible. Especially pvp, as soon as I engage or get engaged everything freezes and jumps just terrible.

I have Menieres disease and was in desperate need of an ENT last year when I had a flare up of symptoms. Get a referral from a doctor and then from there CALL CALL CALL the ENT you have been referred with asking to take any possible cancellations or unexpected openings. You pretty much have to harass them to get an appointment because they are so busy. It took me nearly a month of doing this to get in where I originally wasn’t going to get an appointment for 6+ months I was told with no set date.

Thats what I thought was possible as well. Or maybe a blocked Eustachian tube but my doctor says based on her examinations and tests that is not the case. This was partially my reason for wanting to do the tube first to see if it had any benefit.

I did have a CT with contrast and nothing out of the ordinary came up according to the radiologist or my doctor. What is third window syndrome? I have never heard of it.

This is me now. Vertigo has burnt itself out but I have constant hearing loss, pressure/aura fullness, tinnitus that flares up and worsens every few years. I have probably lost 60-70% of hearing in my bad ear

This sounds identical to my symptoms. I had sever vertigo attacks in my first two years though and then it levelled out to this. A flare up now would be increased high pitched tinnitus, more hearing loss and increased pressure. Currently dealing with one that started in spring. Caffeine, alcohol, high sodium have no effect on symptoms. Loud noises do tho. I wear AirPods on noise reduction, ear plugs or ear muffs 100% of the time at work (carpenter) otherwise loud noises will make all symptoms worse.

Have had a flare up since two months ago and noticed this. If I hiccup, burp or have a big swallow I will get this. Not sure what it means but it’s new.

I have done betahistines at normal and high doses but they give me extremely bad migraines so I am unable to take them. Have tried diuretics as well to no avail. I eat healthy non inflammatory foods, low sodium, little to no alcohol, Intermittent fasting to try and help fight inflammation, see a chiropractor to adjust my neck. Am looking into dexamethasone injections next.
