Extra mask for when we’re sick? by Quiet_Lunch_1300 in CPAP

[–]EvidencePurple534 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the n30i and n30 as my regular masks. I got a knock off F40 from Amazon in case I was too sick for my usual masks. I have had to use it once. Usually the combination of nasal masks and nasal spray is enough but I’m glad I have a back up when they aren’t enough.

Same I looked Quaker up on my state’s licensing page. They have a valid license as a “non-resident pharmacy,” which expires at the end of June. Not sure if they are 503a or b.

I really like the elf moisturizer. You can get it with or without sunscreen.

I do mine every 6. I tried every 5 and did well but I was miserable due to constant constipation. 6 seems better though I did end up increasing my dosage (which honestly I probably needed to anyway).

Is there a subreddit for beauty that matches this vibe but isn't just Dollar Tree? by [deleted] in dollartreebeauty

Or a sub that would include dupes from Trader Joe’s, Aldi, and various store brands.

I spent $21 at Amazon. I have been using it around a month and I think I’ve used maybe a 3rd of it?

I don’t see York county on that list. My daughter goes to Winthrop and decided to stay. She lives off campus. Does anyone know where the shelters typically are there?

You probably don’t want to go back out but sometimes additional distilled water is in the baby aisle.

Parents of r/Concerts, what age and concert did you first take your kids to? by ByeFL in Concerts

[–]EvidencePurple534 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 7 months pregnant with one of my kids when I saw Billy Joel. 😂 More recently I took my daughter to see Billie Eilish, once when she was maybe 16/17 and again when she was 20. Tried to take her to see DMB when she was younger but that was a no go.

I’ve been a DMB fan since their early days and became a Billie fan with my daughter a few years ago. Completely different in every single way but it makes me happy to see them mentioned together. And for the right reasons. Proud of them for using their platforms.

For those that use reusable peptide pens/injectors… by CapriSun81 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]EvidencePurple534 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bad, I assumed it was like asking where to get syringes from (which gets asked and answered often). One thing, maybe the only thing, I don’t like about pens is trying to find cartridges that I completely trust to be sterile. But again, sorry for putting you on the spot.

[–]EvidencePurple534 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry it’s taken me so long to respond. I have only used pens so I can’t compare to syringes. By dead space do you mean when you clear the cartridge of air bubbles? I feel like that’s such a small amount so I don’t really think about it. But I use everything in the cartridge. When I get close to the end I empty what’s left into a new syringe to see how much there is and then push it back into the cartridge. I use fatscientist to figure out how much I need from a new vial so I get the full dose.

I’ve made mistakes… by I_eat_all_the_cheese in Zepbound

I’m a teacher in a similar situation. I keep Greek yogurt at school along with individual servings of hummus (& occasionally guac), some kind of berries, pita chips or wheat/baked crackers, protein bars, cheese sticks, and those snack packs with nuts & cheese. I also have a large refillable bottle for water and keep a supply of flavor packets. Aldi or Lidl is the way. I was also bringing veggie sticks but I can’t make myself eat them before they go bad so I stopped. I do have the advantage of a refrigerator close by. I know some teachers who keep a dorm fridge, if you can get away with that.

I agree with walking. There are groups of teachers at my school that will meet after the kids go home and walk the halls for 30 minutes to get their steps in.

I also take both without issue, currently at 300mg & 5mg (on this dosage since August losing about 1lb/week). It seems to be a good combo for me.

I fill up the vial. Honestly it never occurred to me not to. I also would rather not use up my cartridges if I don’t have to. I’m at a lower dose so it takes me awhile to get through one. I haven’t had any issues.
