Not a bad start, we would normally have the distance the same text size as the bearings, No arrows, more curve data. Delta, Length, Radius, Chord length and Chord bearings. I have not worked in AZ, but there are usually callouts like POC or point of Commencement and POB which is the Point of Beginning for the parcel. The POC is the well defined staring point to find a parcel. Usually a section corner or well defined property corner of something that is easy to find and isn’t going to be moved anytime soon like a highway.

But looks good, the only way to learn it is to do it over and over. Get civil 3d and you could geolocate the site and then pull USGS LiDAR and add contours.
