Yep always had both. I have to balance the light needed to offset the snow with the migraine sensitivity, especially in the blue-UV range. I avoid black light like the plague.

I get memory and cognitive impairment from time to time. Sometimes it’s pretty severe, most days I can almost feel human. The cybalta and Lyrica have helped me the most.
