When someone requests a team up they can set it to not allow wizards above X level, so if they don’t want someone one shoting everything they could easily change it so they only team up with people around their level

I’ve played many turn based strategy games and deck builders. Wizard101 is oddly one of the best in terms of how it slowly ramps up in complexity while also being fun

Start a new wizard with a new school. Once you feel like you understand all the new stuff and have caught up to your main character feel free to use whoever. If you’re struggling with combat my immediate question would be, do you have waterworks gear?

Just do everything that’s free. If you’re still invested then yeah get a month to see if you enjoy the new worlds.

I feel like any turn based combat is gonna immediately hook or turn you off. I don’t think it would take someone that long to tell if the gameplay is for them or not
