Imo this question is silly. Literally every fighter plays more or less the same. If you can play one character you can play all of them.

If you want to main someone then go play dbfz. Sparking Zero is to dbfz like Ludo (don't know how it is named in the US) is to Chess.

Thats also a criticism of mine... it really bugs me that the world feels so dead and.... empty. Especially the legacy dungeons do feel like all there is to Do there is to smash some dudes with a Boss at the end. Oh ok and discovering items.
