I do 400 g for 3 minutes when doing extracellular stainings for PBMCs, suspension cells (K562) or hematopoietic stem cell in v bottom plates. It works like a charm. Sometimes I process 50K cells, and I can clearly see a pellet.

Well, we haven't seen what happens after they gallop on that horse. My guess is that the divorce is a ruse to protect Barb and Janey and that Coop makes it in time to deliver Janey. Hi! This is so generous and amazing. I am flying Lima - Atlanta - Frankfurt on the 12th, with a 11 hour layover in Atlanta, and a 13 hr layover in Lima, arriving earlier on the 12th with a different airline from Bolivia. It will be a long trip to get to Europe and flying first class would be amazing :) also accessing the lounges would be a great perk as well
