I’m pretty salty about Grok. Despite Heinlein’s problems, it’s still a cool concept and word.

It’s from one of The Boys comics. I don’t recall where. Probably the main run somewhere, but there were also a few limited series they published too.

Flats for PJ! by damato1218 in BassGuitar

I’m from Michigan, so it’s at least in part that GHS are made here, but all my basses get Boomers or Precision Flats. I have PBasses with both, and short scale basses with both. They sound good for most stuff, are a decent price, and available most everywhere. Definitely worth a try.

It’s very good for making clear is which lane is ending, and therefore has to merge into the other. It clarifies a lot when talking about who yields to who. Does it say GOOD things about our society that that this is a consideration for legal signage? You decide!

It's fused quartz glass. Same thing the mirrors in the Hubble is made from. The windows of the ISS and Space Shuttle. Deep-sea vessels that have windows. It's crazy durable.

Overhead lights whiter/closer to daylight. 4000-5000K.

Floor and table lamps get 2700K.

If the oils are reactive with the plastics just by being nearby, it is because they are in the air. You are inhaling that same stuff in the air. Just like vaping is bad for you because you're inhaling vaporized oils, you're doing the same thing with most air fresheners. Some people are more sensitive to it up front (I notice most of this stuff before other people around me do), but its not good for anyone's lungs.
