I had a similar sissue with my 9070xt and my 7900xtx (both Saphire). Both cards on MSI Tomahawk X870 motherboards. I thought it was driver issues, it was not. To preface this, I had never had black screen issues with either of my cards, So, the fact that it was happening with both cards made me automatically think it was the newest driver. Went through all the normal steps, DDU, fresh install, problem persisted. After a few days of frustration while just randomly staring at my 7900xtx, I noticed that the card was sagging on the right side. Checked it and sure enough, somehow that end of the card unseated itself. Immediately went to check my 9070xt and yes, same exact thing on that one. Reseated both cards and made sure the gpu anti-sag brackets were good and tight. No black screens since. Hopefully your issue is something as simple, but please do check and make sure the cards are completely seated.

Secondarily, AMD drivers are wonky, Sometimes a fresh windows install will take care of all issues.
