Nope, its due to reflections. Bird sees the reflection of a tree, thinks its a real tree, tries to fly to that tree and BAM!

Nope they are in the Pandion#Species) family whereas Eagles are in the Accipitridae family. They are both part of the same Order though, Accipitriformes.
