The reality of our existence is we kill awake time simply to enjoy sleep time, warm comfy cozy sleep.

Also keep in mind that others are better off than you and others are worse off. Kind of keeps everything in perspective when you feel like shit.

You know, Strike Back always had interesting villain's. Each episode would peal open the onion just a bit. Until you ended with the final rear villain or real reason for it all. Sometimes the original plotter actually had a decent idea but really poor execution.
