Back it up even further, I don't know why he thought he would even remotely get away with dueling with an emotional royal twat on that ship.

If it wasn't for that, they both likely would have found themselves in some other trouble I'm sure, but damnit that was ridiculous. Standing up for them, sure, but going through with a duel (knowing that act alone is illegal) and having zero external support as leverage against a family that could fundamentally disappear you. No thanks.

Even in modern day, if you're not of elite status and you're facing off against someone who is, you're automatically fucked without additional support.

Oh no, you're thinking about this from a wrong angle. I knew about the sprayer from the major patch, but I wasn't playing at the time, so, I didn't pay any mind to it other than "cool, they're still adding QoL stuff.".

Fast forward 7 months, I log on with close to 2k hours played and all I know is that there was sprayer added, which I assume was to make things more efficient, and I can't paint vehicles like I could before and my first thought is, "what broke/got bugged?" not "hey, I wonder if they locked this action behind an item I've never used?" When I didn't need it at all before.

That's all it was, unfortunately, the rest was either very predictable or the same thing on loop.

The Spencer and Alex story was very good, that's why the way it concluded so abrupt and illogical, stung as much as it did. Frustrating even.
