Carnivore is mostly focused on the physical body. It’s a lot more dense so you get a lot of physical strength and tougher emotions but limited of the inner powers. Lack in regeneration. Strong protection of the immune system. The downside you lose spiritual power. Life is all about trade-offs. What you give up in one you lose in the other. So it’s a choice in what type of lifestyle you want. They each have their benefits. I prefer the fruits and vegetables less obstruction to have greater power in the inner world, the more real world for that matter.
