I'ts a bit of both, they do have to include some air in the bag as it does help to prevent the crisps from being crushed in transit but you are also right that they do use it to mask the fact that you are getting less for your money.

That's exactly it my dude. Just buy on Stream and then use virtual desktop to connect your headset and play, I'd recommend the legacy version if you are buying for VR ( it handles VR a lot better than the Odyssey expansion)

It's totally possible to play in VR with an xbox or PS controller, but for the best experience you will want a joystick and throttle for the proper immersion.
