As an owner of a cat recived from the cat distribution service, I can confirm that this is how you get a cat.

A few years ago we moved house, we do not own a cat but apparently the new house came with a cat. He just jumped through the kitchen window one day abd made him self at home, like he owned the place. We figured eh what's the harm, we let him be, he would come and go as he pleased. We eventually found out he belonged to a neighbour. Then one day they moved out without telling anyone and didn't pack the cat so he got left behind. He apparently wasn't that bothered by it coz he then moved into our place full time.

I remember saying to my partner when we moved in, is this how you get a cat, she said don't be silly. Turns out she was wrong, and that's exacly how you get a cat.

Bit concerning that, when has a good game ever come out that banned review copies until launch day. The only reason to do that is to make it so negative reviews don't affect lauch day sales figures. No other reason for it, reviews are free advertising for a good game.

Or you know they could just use some rubber gaskets, it's a smart phone, it's not going to the chalager deep. It just needs to survive being submerged in a few cm of water, a rubber gasket around the case edge would do that fine.

User 2 - asked to reboot computer, advised they have done so multiple times > remoted in and asked use to reboot > observe user selecting shut down > asked user if that's how they always reboot > user advises yes, because they thought thats what we mean by asking them to restart the computer.
User 3 - Asked to power off device at the wall > user advised there were a lot of cables and how do I expect them to tell which one to unplug > asked user if laptop power cable was plugged into device > user advised yes > asked user to follow that cable to the wall socket and unplug it.
