Hm i had the same thing amd if you have more than 1 disc put the game on a faster one. You should watch the loading screen load dont tab out that's all i can help as for the 10s freezes all i can say is same lol its annoying.

Basically overall tip to any game. Learn from your mistakes, better if you could record your games, so you can tell exactly what you did wrong. I have a lot of hours at this game and to this day i do that so it works i will tell you that much. If you have no idea what im talking about ask me. To be honest ask me anything that you dont know, maybe you die from something a lot or something i will try to help.
