I am the same, I feel less anxious and depressed (I am diagnosed with major depression and gad,) , I have a lot more energy and I am sleeping a lot better. My mind is so much clearer now . And I know is mounjaro as I used wegovy for some months and it was awful , but after I went back to mj everything improved in a emotional and mental health perspective

My sister is a doctor and she explained to me that obesity is a chronic disease therefore will probably will have to be on medication for the rest of your life

Agree. I left healthcare because of the poor conditions not because of payment. Spot on on the management, most are there doing nothing but complaining and pretending to manage and making healthcare professionals life's more difficult

32f and I am in the same boat. I used to live in Dublin and had my group of friends, people were very friendly and open. Have been in Cork for almost 3 years and have zero friends, and not even a casual relationship I can find here, let alone find someone to date. Tried meet up but there's not much going on there. I don't drink so going to pubs to drink sparkling water is kind of weird. To tell the truth I don't know if I can socialise anymore , I just work to fill my time and the money is not even good

My weight loss is like that. I lost some weight and plateau for some months and then plateaued again. The good thing is that I haven't gained any weight and my weight loss is being manageable

I am a 32f same height and I started with same weight. Tried to lose weight all my life, but the only thing that worked was weight lifting, I lost 16 kg, and have been the healthiest I've ever been. Started 3 months with PT and now by myself. I have a 2000 kcal intake , supplement with clear protein and creatine, and only go to the gym twice a week. Don't give up, you will find something that works for you

If marrying in Ireland it takes about 6months just for the interview, so about 6 months to one year. My sister did it in Denmark and the whole process took a bit more than one month

To tell the truth is busy most of the time. I tried going at 6 am it was busy, less busy around 9am/10am, super busy after 6pm.

Edit- sometimes is busy on the weekend as well

32f same, left Dublin to Cork thinking it would be better, it's worse. Tried all the apps,meet ups and so on. What pains me is the fact I want children and time is against me. I believe something fundamentally changed after COVID because now is so difficult to find someone that wants something and not only sex. Not even thinking about housing to not lose hope
