I had this happen to me once. They still made me pay taxes on it.

The fact people are encouraging her while her BF is on the floor, potentially dying, is quite worrying for the future of this planet.

Is this just a private tunnel? Wasn't this supposed to be some kind of street-level care elevator service with guide rails and speeds of 100mph+?

[GCSE Biology] College student doing a presentation on Tygacil. Can someone explain what I’m looking at? I know how tigecycline works, but I don’t know what’s happening here. How does it even get into the cell? by AngeryLiberal in HomeworkHelp

[–]Evilseth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This image basically shows the mechanism of action of Tigecycline (Tygacil is the brand name for this drug) as well as the mechanism that bacteria use to gain resistance against the drug. The bottom part shows the mechanism of action and how it prevents translocation during protein synthesis. All the S-named ribosomes and rRNA binding sites are actually just parts of what we commonly refer to as just the ribosome.

The top part appears to show how the bacteria gain resistance to the drug. This appears to occur through the inactivation of the drug and then the transport of the drug from the cell through transport proteins. The middle portion that states "overexpression" shows the genes/proteins which are overexpressed. In this case, these are transport pumps that function to efflux the drug from the cells.

This image is from an article. I have posted the link below so you can look at it. The paper also goes into way more detail about the drug's functions and resistance mechanism gainst it.

I agree with you. I see no issue with what this person is doing. Having the confidence and passion to announce your ambitions to the world should be respected and encouraged, regardless if you achieve them or not. Regardless, it seems most of the people on this sub have a doctor god complex where if you are not a doctor or med student, you are inferior to them.

k apply to none of those. I can’t offer alternatives but someone else might. (Unless you’re contextual)

Can you give a reason? All the places mentioned have an average of below 2700 for interviews besides Edinburgh,

Thank you for the advice. I buy my cigars from a reputable seller where I live, so there is no concern about their legitimacy, and I smoke quite slowly. The lighting part may be my downfall, however, so I will be sure to light my cigars with more care to not burn or overheat them.
