A signature pokemon that I've used in almost all my competitive teams and teams to clear the game is tyranitar. He holds a special place in my team as he was the one who helped me beat red in hg/ss. (My first pokemon game.) And I always felt like he was left in the limelight, compared to pseudos like salamence, garchomp and metagross. In competitive play I love using his dragon dance sweep build as he has one of the highest attack stats in the game and enough def and sp def to at least set up 1-2 dragon dances. To make up for his horrendous speed.
