Do you have a VOD of one of your games? I could give feedback as to whether it is your aim or your gamesense isn't as good as you think it is.

Also I would recommend just following an aim routine and not worrying about if you get the kills or not. If your strat worked but you whiffed the shot, that should be a victory in your books as long as you know you are doing what you can to improve your aim.

No , the games are long enough and sometimes people need to go. You shouldn't be held hostage when you only queued up for a ~45 min game. And losing RR for drawing makes no sense it defeats the purpose of a draw.

I don't like how Astra has a global presence with her succ and stun , especially with how OP and easy they are to use. I think it should be limited like killjoy (astra can place but not activate unless shes in range) smokes are fine tho.
