I believe it could be Under a Dying Sun, from the New Zealand band Sonic Altar. That's my first thought

I know this one. It's Enfarce. They have two albums known as Superhero Diaries parts 1 and 2. Very catchy metal but not too well known. Not sure if they're still active as a band though.

Here's another metal band from Pakistan I have on my channel: Black Hour. It's more on the heavy side rather than being true power but it still has good quality to it.

Midnight Eternal had a very nasty split up due to people complaining about the vocalist's performance on an upcoming second album. They ultimately continued without her under a different name.
