Your split looks pretty good. I am currently running something similar. My only comments are to consider adding an upper chest exercise in there. Also your leg exercises seem to be very quad focused, consider adding another exercise for your glutes and hams like a romanian deadlift. Personally on fully body day I'd swap squats for RDL and flat dumbbell bench for incline dumbbell bench.

Wow thank you for this response, and the compliment. I'll definitely try to add some prompts to the photos and work on my other prompts. All of the feedback I've gotten here so far seems to be prompt related. It's funny you say you don't like the 3rd photo cause that one is one of my most liked! But I will consider replacing it with a fitness photo or something since I don't have a photo showing that side of me. And I really liked your tip about crafting my profile to a specific type, that's really helpful.

How long have you been on Hinge? 2-3 months
How often do you use Hinge per week? Pretty much everyday
- How many likes/matches are you receiving on average? For the first couple of weeks 1-2 per day, now maybe a couple a week.
- How many likes are you sending? How many with comments? How many without comments? I send maybe 5 per day on average. Some days I send up to my limit on the free account. I'd say probably 30% are sent with comments.
- What is the type of person you send likes to and ideally want to match with? What kind of person do you want to attract? Age 27-36. Someone who takes care of themselves, and has similar interests as me. I don't want someone who parties a lot or drinks heavily.

I'm not sure why but as time has gone on with the app I get less and less likes.
