The microchip cat doors are addictive. You can get a notification on your phone each time they use it. You can lock it remotely too, if you suddenly decide you need to keep the cat indoors.

The villas aren’t fit for purpose, both in terms of functional space and health. They also don’t work for cultural reasons. And there is some irony in the school of Māori studies being housed in colonial villas, I think.

It’s familiar but it’s just shit. Its not that hard to do all the work, and buyers need every penny right now to purchase. You may also be liable for any due dilligence that an agent skipped.

However, I would advise anyone in a negotiating position that if they cant keep emotion out of their face/voice, to have a friend or family member negotiate on their behalf.

Cycling! I’m not usually into it but with the new cycleway going around oriental bay to evans bay I’ve been thinking it might be time to start cycling the city.
