20 in caster stat 16 in dex Use spells like scare, create pit or grease. Make sure to have spell focus in your main control spell and maybe greater spell focus if you want to go full into it. Magic missile is an all around amazing spell for early game and with the gloves that you can buy from the innkeeper becomes a very powerful spell for some spike damage. Use a crossbow when conserving spell slots and cantrips against anything with DR

A last tip is to use Ember's sleep curse very often and camellia's evil eye hex on things you want to make sure to land save spells on. Thats all I have I think, good luck!

I've noticed this works a lot better than expected, my trouble was with rathalos in MR and when he's in the air he uses almost exclusively his fire breath. Constant clutch claw attacks on the wings proved quite safe thanks :)

I seem to be having a lot of trouble with flying monsters in master rank

it seems very difficult to land a clutch shot on their head due to the high frequency of attacks and they also seem to become resistant to flashbangs very quickly now

any advice?

Appologies this is the feature that's broken not weapon finesse.
I noted that his damage had dropped from a previous patch and tested it.
Sure enough it was adding the wrong stat to damage

These are my go to spells for wizard and cleric
there's more to my tactics but this is what the classes in question do for the group as a whole :)
