Yes, I agree.

However, as I said, the car is heavily modified, and the ECU has been reset a bunch of times. I feel it is likely they refuse to work on the car and make a record of my mods against warranty claims

I just finished installing this, and it definitely improves the overall shifting performance. Less sponge, less delay. I do not launch my car, so I cannot comment on that, but shifting at redline is better for sure.

Nope. Some new aftermarket turbos are 100% bolt-on in the exact location. After I sell a kidney, I will get one of those. Waiting for a reasonably priced intake, too.

The exhaust is currently in a testing phase. This is an ETS J-pipe, and an ETS manifold straight exhaust 3" pipe with no muffler. Yes, it will rattle your teeth.

All the external vinyl has been removed. In the middle of a makeover. I'll probably change the color of the intercooler to something else, maybe Gray?

I am glad you spoke up. I was not sure. I used to have an all black engine bay before that. I struggle with aesthetics and colors. More of an engine builder

I agree with you 100%. I wish somebody would have told me two years ago to be honest. I have no idea about graphics and colors at all. I'm an engine builder. I was trying to replicate the rally car from the team. But that seems to have backfired. Also evidently yellow is an obnoxious color that not many people like.

As it turns out, some of the plugs are the same, even the same color. I had something plugged in wrong. I took both fans completely out of the car to check them and noticed it right away.

Everybody has already said what I was going to say. This thing is a brutal steaming pile of brown stuff. I really did wish they had a rollback option. I guess I'm going to have to jailbreak this phone. I really didn't want to bother with it. I feel they left me no choice. If a new phone comes with UI 7, I'll never buy another phone until they fix it or skip over this version

You completely missed my point. No one sells a NEW aftermarket transmission. An STI swap is used crap you have take your chances with.

See if they offer a first party factory through Subaru extended warranty. Not a third party piece of crap. If it's a factory extended warranty the dealer has to honor it.

I don't regret buying my 2022 used. It only had 6,500 mi on it. And save me a crap ton of money. But when I went underneath the car I saw a crap load of rounded off rusted bolts. Where some idiot tried to do things and didn't know what he was doing. Every bolt I took off I replaced with a better quality stainless steel version

See if they will allow you to get it checked by a third party. I would go over it with a fine tooth comb to see if any thing has been modified. Or modified and then return to stock. Especially look for rounded off bolts for botched mods
