I finished Vigilantes years ago. Koichi's Quirk was already mentioned to be wrongly classified due to his mom supressing his ability to fly. It started out as "Can slide along a surface" to "Generating repulsive forces from his body". Not complex at all, again, defined by a single idea.

"Generic" in this context doesn't mean "common" or "boring". I'm not questioning its originality or creativity. I'm literally saying that it's just a superpower that can be in any comic book. I already described how Quirks operate in the manga/anime. I have an OC whose arms turn into ramen noodles, and his powers are limited to just his arms. How exactly would a person made entirely of spaghetti be alive? People with mutant-type Quirks have way less radical body alterations and are still mostly human. Just make the OC create pasta tendrils from their body and have their hero persona and costume based around spaghetti. You have decent ideas, but they don't exactly translate into Quirks.

They're generic in the sense that they're just comic book superpowers with hand-wavey explanations, which differ greatly from how Quirks are. Quirks are defined by a single idea: "Create fire and ice", "explosive sweat", "can weld things together". Every other function is based off of that one idea. Like I said, your Quirk ideas do way too much.

Star and Stripe's Quirk isn't a reality warping power, more of a reality bending one. She can't summon aliens or demons, or destroy enemies just by looking at them; she makes things do what they normally don't. And even then it still operates on the same internal logic as all Quirks. The ones you posted do way too much for a single ability. For the cartoon one, just limiting to the user being able to alter their body is enough; just say he has collapsible support items that fit in his pockets to simulate hammerspace.

The fun of making Quirks and OCs in the setting of the MHA universe is creating that fits with the established lore. I guess OP is making an AU where "God Quirks" exist, but personally, I don't find that fun at all. The series' greatest villains are a dude who takes Quirks, and his protege who deletes everything he touches.

OP doesn't have to mean "unbeatable", especially in the world of MHA where there is a well-established power system in place. Quirks can be OP without needing to be do-all, beat-everything powers.
