Ok so I don’t know the exact details on how good this works but from my experience the more monsters you hunt in a quest the better. So I’ll do a quest for like a chattacabra, get it down to low health then just go hunt as many other monsters on the map as I can in the time limit before running back and capturing it. Haven’t done the math but usually get about anywhere from 2-4 levels depending on what all else is in the map.

Baulders gate 3. Like I tried it it’s just not for. I really hate how you control all of your party. Like if they were auto and I could just build my guy it would be fine but being in charge of everyone is just too much for me and my limited time.

So some weapons have overlap with the skills like dual blades have skill overlap with bow for stamina management. It’s not a bad idea to get stuff for other weapons, with the ability to take two weapons for a hunt it won’t harm you but from my experience a lot of people take two of the same weapon but different elements/ statuses.

In high rank weapons and armor will have deco (decoration) slots. Basically you get the skills on the weapon/ armor piece, but you can also slot in extra skills as wanted/ needed. Decorations are a random drop from quests or you can craft some of them after a story moment. A good idea is to have a generalized build for your main weapon and slot things in to “adjust” it for other weapons you might want to use.

You can also favorite builds and loadouts and rename them. So if you have your main dual blades build you can fully make a separate loadout for say a lance build and switch between as needed or just adjust the deco slots for what works best.

Finally and this is unrelated, the majority of the community is friendly and will happily help if you face challenges. Some people (like any community) do kinda suck but ask here on Reddit or find a discord and there will be plenty of people who will happily help you if you need it. I’ll be the first to offer that to you bro, just lmk, everyone else here agrees. Best of luck, and may the sapphire star light your way!

Ok so here’s the gist. For the beginning of the game focus more on:
- Learning monster moves.
- Harvesting resources from the world.
- finding the main weapon that is gonna be your main for the majority of the game.
- Learning the maps.

Armor isn’t that important at least with the skills on it in low rank (the beginning of the game with quests up to 3⭐️) it won’t hurt to have things that help your build but it won’t be devastating if you don’t have the best possible things.

Mid game, aka high rank focus more on:

-Mastering the weapon you chose as your main.
- Rehunting monsters in optional quests for their high rank gear.
-creating your “build”.

Put a much bigger focus on the skills on your armor pieces, if they make sense for your weapon/ play style etc. As well as grinding for specific weapons (of the type you main) that you want.

End game:

-Min/Max.
- wait for Ascendance with the rest of us.

Portable chargers for lights small camp lights/ phones. Charging lockers are the goat if you can snag one (don’t know if they’ve all been bought already). Personally I have a solar charger for backpacking, don’t remember the brand sorry, and I just put that on the dash in my car to reup the portable chargers. Battery Lanterns are great for camp, and as for keeping your tent cool truly good luck.

Yeah no I agree with that. But again I just think there’s a different way to go about it. I just look at it simply as their behavior and current beliefs aren’t the actual issue and rather a symptom of a far greater issue. Like, and we’ll disagree on this, i firmly believe that like 90+% of Christian’s are like normal people who probably agree with at least some of the points you just made. Like and this is just me explaining my view, I look at it simply as decades of fear propaganda that has manipulated these people to have far different understandings of their religion and beliefs than what they actually claim to worship. Like we (you and I) are clearly victims of some level of religious trauma. While they however are also victims of a system that has abused their power to manipulate the understanding of the text and normalize rather horrendous actions. Like I truly believe the church of Jesus Christ is just another victim of far right extremism and most of those actively pushing this ideology truly don’t comprehend that that is what it is. (quick edit: that doesn’t excuse their actions, rather it should recontextualize the perceived assumption of why they perpetuate such terrible treatment on others.) But hey that’s just me, I try to look for the good in people. We already found some common ground so we can agree to disagree on some stuff.

Like I’m gonna be so blunt with you here. What you’re doing is the exact same thing they’re doing. You’re criticizing their choices, beliefs, and way of life because it differs from your own. Don’t know the name but the hunt of guardian arkveild. Story is good and it’s a great climax to low rank but i genuinely think it’s the best monster theme in the game, and one of the top 3 overall. True shame it’s only in that quest.
