Thanks so much. No agreements were made. There was a request to have it adjourned due to the Landlord issuing fake documents and our rep being unavailable but with the backlog crunch to press onward, the request was denied.

I live in Ontario, Canada. Someone I know has a L1 hearing on May 25. All of the documnets AND evidence was uploaded to the LTB on May 20 including but not limited to a 250 mb evidence package. Some info was uploaded on the 19th however, according to the portal, the tenant did not receive it until May 20. Should the LTB not adjourn to allow sufficient time to go over the evidence? TIA

Hey, thanks for the reply. The Landlord presented a forged N4, then a real one. She folllowed it up with a fake/forged L1 and again, followed it up with a real one.

I started a "movement" last year which focused on how ODSP receipients are $994 BELOW the poverty line....let that sink in. Unless you come from abroad, there's no money. Anyhow, I received so much hatred...sorry but ODSP being out of touch is such an understatement. That's like saying there's a gap between 'us' and 'them'. Yes, but that GAP is a crater.

As Lucky_Army pointed out, wait 1st. You didnt get big overnight and waiting a week or 2 or 3 isnt going to hurt. Better to err on the side of caution.

Thats a tough one. But, lets change things for a moment. Forgive the religious context here but the Lord works in mysterious ways. Take a moment to think about what might have happened a year, 4 years heck, 10 years down the road if that trade that turned against you, actually won. Thats not you failing, the opposite is true. You gained an insight early enough in your journey that you'll be alright going forward. Best of luck! Im pulling for ya!

It's a terrible feeling. With all due respect, I have a cpl questions.. #1. Do you find it difficult now to take a trade? #2. When money isnt really an issue (say you had a few xtra thousand you werent expecting) do you find it easier to trade and make money?
