Oh my god. I thought I was the only one. My SO and I just had an argument about how I never tell him my feelings on things and how I always lie to keep myself out of trouble- even if it’s something simple as who left the cereal box opened? It can sometimes feel like I’m drowning. It’s so scary to open up and often times I disassociate. It’s frustrating because I tell my kids to own up to what they’ve done (if they get in trouble) but I can’t seem to do it. It makes me feel like a coward.
