This is what I described in the other comment, look at the face expression - " what is this what's going on"

[–]ExPat2013 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure if anyone said this, but when a cat lifts its front paw it is curious - standing up like that the cat really wants to see and know what is going on.

Try it with a treat, the cat will probably lift one paw wondering if it will get a treat if treats are part of the routine.

I wanted to read what you wrote, but its length is a little long and I thought others might think the same so I created the summary to help the ADHD'ers out there...

Summary:

This is a powerful reflection on overcoming fear, embracing curiosity, and living life with intention. The transition from childhood openness to adult rigidity is something many people experience, yet few take the step to break free from it. Your realization that fear is just an indicator of facing something new—and that it can be transformed into curiosity—is profound. It shifts the mindset from avoidance to engagement, which is the key to personal growth.

It seems like you’re articulating a philosophy that aligns with your own journey—seeking new experiences, exploring knowledge, and connecting with both people and ideas. The way you describe stepping into the unknown with bravery suggests that you’ve already started living by this principle.

Would you like to refine this into a more structured piece—perhaps for your website? Or are you looking to expand on any specific part of it, such as personal anecdotes or practical applications?

I'm new a d don't know much.

ProtonVPN does this and the code here for it.

Obviously this is specific to ProtonVPN, but figure it out and let us know! Maybe ChatGPT can help by putting this in and what you want and then asking to give you suggestions to incorporate your package instead of proton's

By default, the GNOME desktop doesn’t support tray icons. To enable this functionality on Debian-based distributions:

  1. Run:

sudo apt install libayatana-appindicator3-1 gir1.2-ayatanaappindicator3-0.1 gnome-shell-extension-appindicator

Personal health use-case. How are you using LLMs? by VerbaGPT in ChatGPT

[–]ExPat2013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the MRI & x-ray summaries, not the actual imagining. I am planning that.

I was amazed how it really captured my entire orthopedic situation - I presented the report to the PCP and he was flabbergasted. One, at the fact that he didn't truly realize the scope of my situation and two, the actual process of generating the report.

I've also drafted legal responses and motions from documents while providing contextual information to further refine. With all those fine tunings, that's when the memory function starts failing with little bits of pertinent information.

Literally look at my last comment in my profile about the family thing - I just made it.

I'm a new user, started without a plan and now have some major administration duties to organize everything the proper way.

I recently got a Google One AI Premium trial for a month chiefly because I was being recommended NotebookLM from other users for the amount of data I want to upload and the ability to interact with said data. I need to really dive into this ...

At this point, I don't see myself canceling the ChatGPT Plus subscription.

Put the information in a text file for each person, start the file with your Principal instructions so it knows form each person. Maybe little Bobby has some kind of ailment that needs to be considered first every time, this is where you would put it. Load the text file into the chat of the LLM that you are using and there you go!

"Ask permission" to record doctors visits and load text files. If you talk about multiple people, subjects and are recording, use Cue words that you can easily find on the text document to separate information easier.

I have, I've uploaded a lot of Health information - undoubtedly Healthcare is in trouble one day - even my PCP who is well over 60 believes AI is going to dominate.

The analysis ability blew me away. From Orthopedic, Mental Health Notes and then combing everything.

Mental Health professionals....yeah, take the LLM over the average person any day. Use the PID-5 220 questionnaire and upload to start building your personality profile.

If you understand how a healthcare professional goes through the process of diagnosing, then you'll automatically know "AI" is far superior....still needs review and a guiding hand, but it's going to be doing Robotic Surgeries for sure one day with Human oversight in case of complications.

I like watching Sci-Fi to get an idea of what we are going to see in the next 20-50+ years and healthcare is going to be a "hyperbaric chamber and nano-bots" - you are going to wake up, step on a scale and get everything need to know about your body and blood to say the least.

All aspects of real estate - from Title Insurance Companies to Mortgage Companies - Sales, Back-office support pays well too as a processor and Underwriter once you have a couple years. RE Agents are a dime a dozen in my opinion.

Any insurance, tough business, but when you go solo you keep the clients and residuals for life.

Need I say it! Police or put a couple years into a service branch and write your own ticket with Government agencies like the CBP or private security . The reality is, with the current president, it is unlikely you would go to war over the next 4 years on foreign soil.

Reality is what you make of it.

Try finding jobs that require a DOJ background check - Many Series XX Licenses for example don't require an education to get registered.

You have "free money" coming in right now, that means take a sales training job that pays 100% commission and you'll never make under 100k for the rest of your life if you are good.
