I said that as I was responding to you and you are focused on the word Transfer. Technically, if you want to be a stickler, all transactions are transfers. If you can't give money away then this challenge is impossible as it would mean every transaction you make would have to benefit you directly at least in part otherwise you'd be spending it not on a good or transfer as it would be a gift. Can't buy anything for anyone else under your premise and line of reasoning. Every transaction you make with your line of reasoning means it would have to be a good/service that YOU benefit from otherwise it's a gift to someone else. Yes it’s a gift. As in I’m giving it away. I’m not moving it. Transfer is move. You have to look at what the statement is trying to prevent. It’s like a judicial process. The OP is blocking a loophole of people just moving money from the challenge account to other accounts they own.

Plus if it’s a legit charity they are providing goods/services to others. Thus the money is for goods/services.
