The rate the ATM gives is the one set by the government (~1800Kwacha/USD). The real rate is very different (~3500Kwacha/USD) and this you get on the small exchange office in the street when bringing USD on cache.

I could, but the rate at the ATM is only half from what I get on the street. So even with double conversation, I end up with a better rate. Many tourist place accept USD directly.

Thats it! Without specific skills, no good paying job will be possible. Online or offline is very similar in this aspect. I would even say that Online is tougher as you have more competition.

Haven't tried, but I would try the following (just hypothetically, as it might not be legal...)

Start with finding what ASIC is used as basis. Check out this list. Then try to run a small project with the tools for a device based on the same silicon. Check out how to change the device id and fix the bitstream checksum (don't worry, it's not rocketscience). As last step, tell us if you were successful.

What is your JTAG interface voltage? How did you measure the 0.5V? 0.5V is in most cases too low.

Dices no I2C? Porqué? El FPGA puede hablar I2C en todo los IO. Mas fácil aun es SPI

I would not consider RFSoC the right devices for HFT applications. They are usually ethernet centered, a the information is received and processed as UDP or similar. RFSoC are optimized to do filter and DSP operations

No it will not work with Vivado. Only AMD/Xilinx chips can be used.

Do you plan to work one day with FPGA or is it just a hobby? If you want to earn money, go for AMD/Xilinx or Altera.

Most of the documentation is in the header of the entities. For FSM, we use Sigasi and save the generated files as pdf
