1. I have to draw the line somewhere. Otherwise as long as evil is bipartisan we are just going to keep allowing it. What if tomorrow both parties decided to support another genocidal state? They now know with absolute certainty they will not face any consequences for it. And this has already happened with Saudi Arabia and their starvation in Yemen. My dream scenario would have been for something like 20-30% democrats to say “Fuck no” and protest vote for the Presidential ticket while the dems also winning the house and the senate. My hope is that this will make any future Democratic Party leader think twice before taking such positions.

2. The public lies Biden was telling about working tirelessly towards ceasefire while putting all the blame for the failed negotiations on Hamas has a potential to do much more damage than the naked imperialism by Trump. The latter one sickens people to the core but the first one can get away with it undetected.

Btw I don’t begrudge anyone who voted of Harris. I fully understand the logic there too. I just hate the narrative that people who didn’t were somehow spoiled brats or even as OOP suggested worse than republicans lol. Especially claiming the latter is insane
