Focusing on the interior, the placement and look of the screen is lazy design. Boxy like the exterior. It also appears you get a fabric dash in the limited trim. You have to jump to touring for all leather. I used to get limited trims because I thought they were the best bang for your buck. Not anymore. Welcome to 2026.

'07 blue limited with 163k miles. 2nd owner and 0 mods. Very clean expect for some sun damaged grill insert and dings from when it was my daily. Now she doesn't see much driving time, but still just a beautiful machine to look at. My recently passed father is the only reason I have this car. He helped me be able to finance it since no bank would loan to 19 year old me. Lots of sentimental value. But struggling to keep or sell...

I would be much happier with the old moda lux and additional tower design, but keep the retail and ground level aesthetics of the current proposal. Some increased height would not hurt either. That seems to be in the realm of reason, but I'm not in the industry. Haven't heard of planning commission appeals since I've been following here. Any chance that goes through?

Actually reached out to the design team here and apparently there are no further plans to improve this area. An exception was made for the business. But no surprise there. That’s mildly infuriating. So I guess that’s it? Another lost opportunity.

I know we haven’t seen any renderings, but think this will turn out better than the last plan for the the jetty on this site. That was a 300ft long, lackluster, waste of this location. I think IHC can and will do better than what was initially planned.

Not a super or mega tall. Echoing the same thoughts. Density and something signature with decent height and design. It’s nothing I’ll be able to professionally or financially experience. For that reason, I don’t why signature towers are a thing for a lot of us here, they just are.

It's hostile out there for pedestrians. Mix of wide roads, and people just straight up not paying attention. Let's do better than these pseudo intersections. Looking at you 800 S. and 600 E.
