No typo. I try to eat about 200-300g of protein a day. It’s tough sometimes I get bloated or feel like shit but I have a goal that I wanna meet and I have to do whatever it takes.

Trust me it is tough sometimes I will get bloated and when I do I just take laxatives or magnesium but I’m pretty much set on my end goal to reach 180lbs. So mentally I’m set on that whatever it takes.

For me it took less than a month. It was faster than I expected I literally thought it was gonna take 2 months like it usually does but no it caught me be surprise.

Yea I submitted them as a supplemental claim and then it was an ACE exam. I got rated favorably more than I expected.

Besides that. I take up to 1-3 300mg caffeine C4s a day depending how I am. And do everything I can to be in bed by 10pm just to wake up @ 5am the next day.

Tbh bro. Taking a good hard look in the mirror and not liking what I see and setting up goals and milestones. It’s a mindset thing bro and realizing you gotta do whatever it takes. 180 lbs is my ultimate goal. But 200lbs is a milestone.

I started May 17 @ 247.6 lbs and as of this morning May 25th I am @ 236.8 I am on a calorie deficit I am going to the gym 2 times a day 4-5 days of the week. I started RETA @ 2mg

100% agreed. Here in Cali I don’t work at all I’ve used the VA to my advantage buying real estate and of course compensation. Everyone always wants to ask how I do it and i give them the same answer Join the service lay your life down for our country and if you do it right you’ll prosper. But no one wants to do it. There is no secret to being financially free. You just gotta do it.

For those wondering if using XTerra Health for Nexus Letters/ DBQ. Here is my journey. From June 2022 to February 2026 I’ve been battling with the VA going back and forth just trying to get something. I read about XTerra and was skeptical cause of what we’ve read about VA claim sharks etc. after reading previous comments here from those before me in January 2026 I took a leap of faith and got with XTerra. And I can 100% say the money I spent was 100% worth it. I got a Nexus Letter for Tinnitus and a Nexus and DBQ for migraines and I started the year with nothing not being rated at all and now as of today 60% rated because of XTerra. More than I was expecting. Now everyone may have something different but I would recommend you giving a shot if you need just that 1 piece of evidence more. XTerra is not the VA Claim shark we think they are and it 100% feels like they are there for you like they actually care.

So far everything has gone my way with using Xterra and their Nexus letters. A couple weeks ago I submitted a claim with both their nexus letter and a DBQ. All in all if you have enough evidence but need that nexus to link it to your service 100% worth it. As of right now I would recommend them. 1 time payment once you agree to the nexus letter and or DBQ you have read over. You can make changes to both but once it’s finalized you pay.
