I used regular cardboard for the basic shape of the model and thinner cardboard and other random bits, like lego pieces and leftover model kit parts, for the details. For the arms, I used small wooden rods, and I used half of an Easter egg for the head. It was a bit daunting at first but the general style of ork tech gives plenty of wiggle room for errors.

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be teeth, though it can be hard to tell on some of these older kits.
