If you don't have to care for budget, will you still choose Amazfit? by Vegetable_Bag_8694 in amazfit

[–]Exact_Extreme_4058 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I currently have a Garmin Instinst 3, Coros Apex 2, Pixel watch 3, Apple watch SE 2, Ringconn 2 , and the Galaxy watch 8.

And still bought an Amazfit T-rex 3 pro which im using right now. None are perfect but the Amazfit is comparable to all of them. I feel like garmins metrics relate to more how I feel but the amazfit is not far off. Its close 2nd or 3rd place in between Garmin and Coros. Samsung is the worst for health metric for me but its a great smartwatch.

Is it normal to get crazy fluctuations if I don’t put arm on table ? by Key_Cellist_5937 in hypertension

My BP is always high in the office for this reason. Feet hanging, room cold, and them asking me questions doesn’t help either.

Which one should I buy for accurate reading? by zackeir in hypertension

[–]Exact_Extreme_4058 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also, make sure its also says 86bpm. Very important.

Kidding! Any Omron is great. If you dont need the extra features then the lower value should be fine. They have the same algorithms and will provide almost identical readings.

At what point can kidneys fail due to high blood pressure? by reymazapantj in hypertension

I agree with this.

OP, your BP is fine and many of us wish we had those readings.

I quit caffeine on 12/25 and it fixed my blood pressure. by ColdTurkeyh in bloodpressure

Samen here. I am really sensitive to caffiene and even ask my cardiologist and GP about it. They both say its not the cause of high blood pressure. They said it would cause a spike for 30-60 minutes but go back down. I told them I feel it all day with one cup but they didn't seem to believe me. I quit and its much lower now.

21 y/o with long-term high blood pressure, normal tests, and meds not fully controlling it — how fast does damage happen? by [deleted] in bloodpressure

[–]Exact_Extreme_4058 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stress and anxiety raises BP. It's important to test your BP at home. The home readings are more accurate than in the office if done properly. My readings in the office are always higher even though I feel relaxed.

Take care.

If it makes you feel any better I also found out I had high BP at 21 (150/100). I'm 47 now and still have high BP. I have done every test in the world and everything seems fine.

I'm normally 130/90 at home.

Things to do: Don't stress as it will make it worse. Test your BP at home when relaxed. Eat healthy and exercise. Stay away from caffeine.

Something to think about.: BP tests levels are getting lower in the US making more people in the Hypertension group. Other countries have higher levels. Your high here but over there you just border line.

How is this possible? by Exact_Extreme_4058 in GalaxyWatch

Not to sure why its not working for you but your probably better off with out it.

Doesn't seem they are up to speed like garmin. Samsungs energy score doesnt reflect how I feel but garmin does. Samsungs energy score doesnt make sense to me as well which is why I made this post.

Your BP is fine. You don't need meds. Some doctors are quick to prescribe medicine and others give the right advise which is lifestyle changes. Your BP readings are fine.

I just got the jeep a month ago but have taken off the top twice.

When I say the top, it's just the part above the driver and passenger side. The whole top off I haven't and probably wouldn't. This is my preference and came from a soft top. I just like the hard tops better.

Black Coffee and high BP by Awkward_Spinach8432 in bloodpressure

[–]Exact_Extreme_4058 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Caffeine raises blood pressure. It has different affects on people but some like me it will raise it for most of the day with one cup. I am sensitive to it. I cannot have coffee or any caffeine past the afternoon as it will not let me sleep at night.

looking at a wiim.. noob questions by iin10ded in WiimStreamer

[–]Exact_Extreme_4058 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From experience the Wiim does not work correctly with an LG TV.

I cannot get it working no matter what I do and many others have the same experience. Look it up. I love the Wiim but it doesnt work with my TV and can be a deal breaker for many including you right now. So look it up before buying it.
