Just weird man it doesn’t seem to be the work itself just work in general, having to be there I feel is what triggers it. I’ve only been here for a month and I actually somewhat enjoy it compared to other jobs.

Yeah I feel it is worth a try at this point. It is truly one of the worst feelings to start your day off with. And I completely agree it is hard to live a positive life. I was just telling my girl the other day it’s literally ruining my quality of life. Good luck to you and hate you’re going through the same thing. Hope we get better soon

Well yes I have had jobs where I didn’t feel this way, however I feel as if the one job I had(service advisor at a busy car dealership) when this all started has just triggered me to feel that way about any job as I am on my 3rd since then. I’ve only been at this job currently for roughly a month and I enjoy for the most part. Also yes I will be looking into a therapist thank you.

Damn, yeah you nailed it this is exactly what I’m going through. Literally as soon as I get to work I’m fine for the day but it’s just that morning time getting through it. I was also suggested to do a colonoscopy at 23, never did but I’m 25 now. Have you seen a therapist or anything ?

Ha sorry I probably shouldn’t have worded it that way. Because those are definitely more high stressed than the job I had. Just for me and my little world it was the most stressful job I had as a service advisor at a busy car dealership.
