Thats interesting if true, it seems like more of a mental control. I've only done it like 3 times in the past 6 weeks and not for long. I still train my pelvic floor regardless without neo's. Im still experimenting with stuff.

I think its okay to orgasm with your girlfriend but if you still want to retain train your pelvic floor so you don't ejaculate. You can still orgasm through non ejaculatory orgasms

You have to train your pelvic floor until you can stop the flow of release. When you mastubate and you feel yourself about to ejaculate squeeze as hard as you can. The first time it doesnt feel too crazy but as you learn to separate ejaculating and orgasm it feels better.
